Corporate Responsibility

Corporate Responsibility

People first. Ethical sourcing. Local fulfilment.

At T-Shirt Warehouse, we believe great clothing should never come at the cost of people or the planet. As a supplier of printed and embroidered apparel across Australia, we take responsibility for how our garments are sourced, decorated and delivered.

Corporate responsibility to us means doing business correctly — with transparency, respect and accountability.

Ethical Sourcing & Supply Chain

We partner with suppliers who meet strict ethical and compliance standards, including:

  • No child or forced labour

  • Safe and fair working conditions

  • Transparent, audited factories

  • Responsible environmental practices

Our core brands — such as JB’s Wear and AS Colour — participate in internationally recognised compliance programs including:

  • OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (fabric standard)

  • Amfori BSCI / WRAP / Sedex audits

  • Fibre and dye compliance testing

We choose suppliers with consistent reporting and certification so our customers can be confident the garments they wear have been produced responsibly.

Local Production & Local Jobs

All branding, printing and embroidery are completed within Australia, supporting local jobs and investment.

  • Embroidery and printing done locally

  • Fast lead times without offshore freight impact

  • Keeps value in the community and supports Australian small business

When you choose T-Shirt Warehouse, you’re supporting local production — not just a global supply chain.

Waste Reduction & Sustainable Practices

We focus on reducing waste at every step:

  • Print-on-demand model (minimises unused stock and over-production)

  • Digital artwork proofs (no printing waste during approval)

  • Recycling programs for cardboard, garment polybags and textile scraps

  • Optimised cut files for heat-transfer to reduce vinyl offcuts

Packaging is kept simple and recyclable wherever possible.

Quality That Reduces Landfill

Durability matters.

We encourage embroidery and long-life decoration methods so garments last longer — reducing replacement frequency and textile waste. Cheap uniforms replaced every 6 months cost more (and create more landfill) than quality gear that lasts years.

Social Impact

We support community organisations and small Australian businesses through:

  • Discounts for charities, schools and not-for-profits

  • Free or low-cost sampling for fundraising merchandise

  • Local sponsorships and community partnerships

If you’re a registered charity or not-for-profit, ask our team about CSR support programs.

Continuous Improvement

Corporate responsibility isn’t a checkbox — it’s ongoing.

We review our suppliers, decoration methods and waste reduction processes regularly. If we can do better, we will.
