Refund policy

Returns policy

At T-shirt Warehouse, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind returns

We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be:
 • unworn
 • unwashed
 • unused
 • in original condition
 • with all original tags and packaging intact

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Change-of-mind returns are not available for:
 • custom decorated items, including embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer, or other personalised products
 • items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
 • clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items where clearly marked at the time of purchase
 • underwear or other hygiene-sensitive items where return is not appropriate unless required by law

Approved change-of-mind returns may be refunded, exchanged, or issued as store credit at our discretion.

Restocking fee

Some approved change-of-mind returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 10% of the item value, where deemed necessary.

This may apply where, for example, the returned goods incur supplier restocking charges, special handling costs, or other reasonable costs associated with returning the item to stock.

Any restocking fee will only apply to change-of-mind returns. It will not apply where a customer is entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. Where the problem is not major, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

If the return relates to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, including return shipping where required.

How to request a return

To begin a return or exchange, please email sales@tshirtwarehouse.com.auwith your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
