Returns Policy
At T-Shirt Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

Packaging must be intact

Custom-decorated items (printed or embroidered) cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange, please email sales@tshirtwarehouse.com.au with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error. We strongly recommend using a tracked postage service for your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
