Shipping & Production Policy

Plain Stock Items

Plain stock items are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days from the date of order, subject to stock availability.

Embroidery & DTF Printing Orders

Orders requiring embroidery or DTF printing generally take 2–4 weeks from artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Screen Printing Orders

Screen printing orders generally take 2–6 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Screen printing can take longer than other decoration methods, as it involves a more detailed production process, including artwork setup, screen preparation, colour matching, printing, curing and quality checking.

Order Deadlines

If you have a specific deadline, please let us know at the time of ordering so we can advise whether it is achievable and, where possible, prioritise your order.

If no deadline is provided, your order will be completed within our standard production timelines.
